II. Your personal data will be processed in order to conduct the appropriate recruitment procedure (pursuant to Article 6, para. 1 letters (а) and (f) of GDPR or for the processing of data in respect of which you have given consent to its use for further recruitment (pursuant to Article 6, para. 1 letters (а) and (f) of GDPR); to ensure compliance with any legal obligations in relation to Candidates (Article 6, para. 1 letters (а) and (f) of GDPR); to provide various commercial offers to the User via E-mail and telephone contact, to provide answers to any questions asked, to transmit requested offers, to receive offers and maintain correspondence in order to resolve any issues, to conclude contracts, based on your consent and legitimate interest of the Controller in fulfilling the User's requests (pursuant to Article 6, para. 1 letters (а) and (f) of GDPR).
III. Personal data is provided by the User voluntarily.
IV. The recipients of your data may be a natural or legal person, a state body, a natural person or any other entity to which the personal data is transferred, regardless of whether it is a third party.
V. The Controller may transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area. The data may be transferred to a third country that has established an adequate level of data protection based on a decision of the European Commission, or using model contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or using other adequate guarantees. You are entitled to request additional information about the security measures applied and a copy of the data.
VI. Your personal data will be stored until your consent is withdrawn or until the issue is resolved, and then until the expiration of the statute of limitations for the claims of the parties related thereto. Data related to Website traffic analysis collected through cookies and similar technologies may be stored until the expiration date of the cookie. Some cookies never expire, therefore the duration of data storage will be equivalent to the time period that is necessary for the Controller to fulfil data collection purposes such as security and analysis of historical data related to Website traffic.
VII. As a Controller of your personal data, we provide you with the right to access your data, you can also make changes to your data, request its deletion or restrict its processing. You can also exercise the right to object to the processing of your data by the Controller and the right to transfer your data to another Controller.
