AF TRANS 2026 spring management session

The AF TRANS management session 2026 took place as a two-day working meeting. During these two days, the team reviewed the outcomes of the previous fiscal year, examined the key metrics, and discussed management decisions that will guide the company’s development in the period ahead.

Day 1: Strategy and analytics

On day one, participants reviewed the analytical report for FY2025 and discussed the company’s strategic direction for 2026. Particular attention was paid to completed initiatives and achieved results, while areas requiring additional focus and management decisions in the next period were also highlighted. The team then presented the company’s global development strategy for FY2026, including specific goals and the expected changes in operational processes.

Day 2: Corporate values review

Day two was dedicated to working on evolving corporate culture and company’s values. The format was built around discussion and structured feedback: participants shared observations, proposed ideas, and clarified which approaches should be reinforced and which should be updated.

As a result of the discussions, the team aligned on key points and documented agreements and reference guidelines that will be used in AF TRANS’ further work.
