Temperature-sensitive cargo transportation. Air transportation of thermal paste from the USA

Our company successfully organized the international transportation of temperature-sensitive cargo meeting all requirements. Air transportation was used to maintain a temperature of -25°C, using high-tech equipment — Envirotainer RAP t2 containers.

Transportation process:
  • 1. Preparation and temperature control
    Envirotainer RAP t2 containers were pre-prepared, loaded, and cooled to the required temperature. Temperature monitoring was maintained throughout the entire journey. We ensured strict adherence to the temperature regime, eliminating the risk of cargo damage. 
  • 2. Preparation and logistics
    The entire transportation process was planned and coordinated in advance with several key parties: the suppliers of the Envirotainer containers, the company responsible for ensuring all safety standards, the dry ice supplier, the transportation company providing the refrigerated vehicle, and the airline. Each stage required careful coordination and took several days to prepare.
  • 3. Transit and servicing
    At the airport, an additional check of the containers was performed, including refueling of dry ice and battery replacement in the Envirotainers to ensure the required temperature was maintained. All parameters were monitored using data loggers installed inside the containers, which recorded the temperature throughout the journey.
  • 4. Arrival and distribution
    Upon arrival, the cargo was immediately placed in a temperature-controlled warehouse for further storage until release and delivery to the Consignee. Every step of this transportation was critical and required high levels of engagement and attention to detail. We only work with trusted agents who provide reliably secure services. Any mistake at one of the stages could have jeopardized the entire transportation. However, thanks to the coordinated efforts of all participants, the thermal paste was delivered to the recipient in perfect condition and on time.
