Today, we are excited to share the results of a completed transportation of oversized cargo we delivered on the Türkiye - CIS route.

1.Preparation is crucial
Based on the oversized dimensions of the machining center, we selected the most optimal route, taking into account road conditions and restrictions. For this task, we used a low-bed truck, which is ideal for transportation of oversized machinery in terms of height and width. A standard tent was also provided for the delivery of the necessary components, which were transported together with the main cargo under one set of documents as part of a bundled package.
2.Multistep delivery process
Delivery from Türkiye to the final destination was organized in several stages. At the first stage, the cargo was loaded on a low-bed truck using special equipment and secured according to the dimensions and features of the cargo. Experienced in handling oversized cargo truckdriver, closely monitored the cargo throughout the entire delivery process.
3.Security checks
At each stage of the transportation, the cargo was examined to ensure that the machining center is securely fastened and is not exposed to external factors. This is an important step, as even small vibrations or swings can damage the equipment.
4.Efficient route planning
In order to optimize delivery time, reduce border crossing time and obtain permits from third countries, a ferry crossing to the port was used. Before that, we obtained all necessary permits for the transportation of oversized cargo and coordinated all details and specifics of the delivery with the port services.
5.In-time delivery
Upon arrival at the port the cargo was unloaded and handled according to all requirements. Having received all necessary documents, the cargo continued its way without delays and both vehicles arrived at the customs office of destination point without violating delivery terms.
6.Arrival at destination point
After all necessary customs procedures, the machinery arrived at the Client's warehouse, where it was successfully unloaded by a pre-ordered equipment and handed over to the Client.
