The cargo we were transporting included decorative items and paintings. These items undoubtedly require special attention as they are prone to damage during improper packing and transportation. Transportation process
1. Pickup and packing
We organized the pickup of the shipment from the Client, after which our company's specialists carried out the packing at the warehouse. Special attention was paid to the choice of packing materials to guarantee maximum protection for fragile items.
2. Packaging fumigation
Before shipment, we carried out the mandatory procedure of fumigation of the packaging in accordance with all international standards.
3. Air carrier selection and route
The shipment was sent to an international exhibition using air transportation. To optimize the delivery time, an express service was chosen. The route of transportation was chosen carefully to minimize the travel time and guarantee that the cargo would be delivered without delays.
The peculiarity of the chosen service is that cargo receives loading priority on the flight, which allowed us to send it on the nearest flight. This is a guaranteed service that eliminates flight postponements, which played a key role.
